Every item is uniquely handcrafted. Minor variations in glaze, texture, and organic shape are inherent characteristics of the ceramic process and are celebrated as marks of authenticity, not defects.
Manufacturing defect claims strictly require a continuous unboxing video. Clayora is not responsible for transit-related damage; all purchases are at the buyer’s risk once transferred to our logistics partners.
