Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email after placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, cancellation is no longer possible.
Replacements or refunds are strictly reserved for confirmed manufacturing defects. To maintain the integrity of our artisanal process, we require clear proof of condition upon arrival.
Ceramics are inherently fragile. While we use eco-friendly honeycomb wrap and double-walled boxes, Clayora is not liable for damages occurring during third-party transit. We encourage immediate inspection upon delivery.
Mandatory Requirement
To process any replacement or refund claim, a full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package completely sealed, the label clearly visible, and the continuous process of opening and inspecting the product. Claims without this visual proof cannot be entertained.
