Replacements or refunds are strictly reserved for confirmed manufacturing defects. To maintain the integrity of our artisanal process, we require a clear proof of condition upon arrival.
Ceramics are inherently fragile. While we use eco-friendly honeycomb wrap and double-walled boxes, Clayora is not liable for damages occurring during third-party transit. We encourage customers to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
To process any replacement or refund claim, a full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package completely sealed, the label clearly visible, and the continuous process of opening and inspecting the product. Claims without this visual proof cannot be entertained.
